They’re just a few of the ideas being bandied about by conspiracy theorists, after this unusual structure in the Egyptian desert was spotted on Google Earth.
Unsurprisingly, the unique sight – complete with long pointed builds and strange circles – has since prompted a flurry of debate among UFO hunters.
They believe that it has links to UFO research, and some have even described it as a ‘secret UFO base.’
The building’s existence was noted by SecureTeam10, a self-described source for ‘UFO sighting videos’, alongside ‘government cover-up and the alien activity happening on and off our planet.’
Commenting on a YouTube video posted by SecureTeam10, George Gerbanas said: ‘This reminds me of Star Wars.’
We can hardly disagree there, there’s the faintest semblance of an X-Wing fighter in there somewhere.
But others were somewhat more skeptical, and offered a number of logical explanations.
Adam Looze said: ‘It’s right next to the highway. How secret can it be?.
Others suggested it might be a ‘sand farm’, or perhaps more worryingly – a ‘missile launch site.’
